Ways to Submit Art
You can send us images via email ([email protected]) or by mailing your cd or original art.
If you’re going to take a picture of your artwork with a digital camera then make sure you..
- Hang art work on a white or black background in a well lit room.
- Put your camera as close to artwork as possible making sure nothing gets cut off.
- Set camera to highest quality setting and shoot.
- Download image to computer hard drive.
- Resize image to any size no smaller than 8.5 x 11 inches.
- Format: Save image as an RGB, jpeg at medium-high quality (6 or 12 is good) with a resolution of 72 dpi (dots per inch).
- Label image file: include first last name and a number for the image. Do not use spaces. Example: JaneDoe2.jpg (2 is the image number).
- In your email please write the following description for each jpg
- Image name (JaneDoe2.jpg)
- Title (if any)
- Name
- Age
- Sex
- Race
- Grade
- School
- City/Town/Village
- State/Province, County
- Artwork Type
